I dont typically write reviews but the disorganization and lack of respect for people time I had to review this company. Taylor was not on time to the estimate. He also told me it would take a day or two for a quote to come back . It took a week and a day thats after me calling several times. Then he told when I need to be home instead of what works for me. Then had a man show up out the blue not scheduled a day I wasnt home because it was never scheduled.. Then called the next day at 7:30 am and scheduled for a day and day of canceled on me. Dont waste your time with these people. They will waste your time. Especially it Taylor has anything to do with it.

Had Robert Jones out to replace part of my water lines to the basement wash tub and the valves for my hot and cold water, they went above and beyond and installed not only the new valves, pipes and faucet that I requested but also water shut off valves and even cleaned my drain and tested my washer cycle before leaving. The guys did an excellent job, did the job with care and at a very reasonable cost. Appreciate the fine work. The person who initially took my service request was also very helpful and kind.
