Kat is amazing!! She comes to our house on saturdays and teaches for my friends and I. It is so fun and convenient and she is always open minded and accommodating as to the type of yoga we are feeling that day. I highly recommend Kat Dawson and her mobile yoga program.

Highly recommend one of my CLE faves for yoga. Kat offers a challenging class for those seeking their edge and also offers modifications. Love, love, love her style.

I have loved the addition of KDY virtual classes to my routine. The virtual classes allow me to be anywhere to experience the magic, fun, challenge, and passion that Kat brings to all of her classes. Her classes always leave me feeling stress-free and grateful that I made time in my day for yoga. Kat’s classes will make you sweat and work, but never fail to hit all those places you needed some extra TLC. Not to mention, you also get to spend quality time with the exuberant Kat herself! Additionally, while I was pregnant Kat made sure to instruct me with all the necessary modifications for a safe, yet still invigorating practice. She is always looking out for the safety and well-being of her students. Though virtual, her classes always feel like a truly in-person experience. Looking forward to many more practices with Kat!
