Final Touch Restore

Final touch restore evaluated two mold-affected drywall sheets that we discovered in our new home. He used his moisture detector to determine that the involved areas were dry despite extensive rains recently, suggesting that the mold was from past water damage and not an ongoing leak. He outlined the steps for mold remediation and gave me the option of doing it myself since it would be fairly simple. I decided I would not do the repairs myself, he answered my questions about the details of the repairs. Everything was done very professionally.

John came to the house and assessed the situation promptly. Both the main sewer line and the house line had backed up into the basement leaving water in 3 rooms. I was very concerned as there were 2 people with compromised immune systems living in the house. John's polite and efficient crew worked very hard to sanitize the basement floors and also cleaned the basement steps, kitchen floor, 2 bathroom floors and 2 bedroom floors. During this process they also sanitized the washer and dryer and had to move and clean under several boxes and other items that were on the basement floor. They also left a commercial dehumidifier and an air cleaner running for the weekend. I really appreciate the excellent service John and his crew provided for us.

They were very responsive and came out right away. They brought 3 big fans and a dehumidifier. They moved all the furniture and toys, pulled up the carpet and removed the padding. They left the fans and dehumidifier for 3 days and checked on everything each day. Fortunately, the carpet was able to be saved, so on the fourth day they replaced the padding and put back the carpet. I did have to call a couple of time to remind them to come back and clean the carpet. Every person we dealt was very professional. Would hire them again.

We had a water leak coming from a pipe in our kitchen we were left with quite a mess but thanks to the guys at final touch restore our home looks as if nothing happened. At first I wanted to get a few estimates but they were so helpful and knowledgeable I decided to just go with them only. Jthey did an excellent job from start to finish. We never had water damage so we did not know all the things it could cause they showed us thrcdamaged and how they would repair them. We are indeed very happy with their services.
