I traded my car and cash for a car that was told to be in great shape. I drove the vehicle for 5 days and the right rear tire almost fell off due to the rear frame being rotted and broken. The car was unsafe and should have never been sold. And when presented with the issue the owner didnt care and told me i should have spent more money.

I purchased a 2004 honda odyssey from the brookpark dealership. The owner of auto lot promised me that title and remote controls (fobs) would be forthcoming in a couple of days. I paid in full with cash. Well a month later and I still haven't received them. They play a game and order their cars from out of state. Then they promise to have the title in a couple of days.I kept the pressure on them and 3 weeks later they finally gave me the title but the title had my name mispelled on it. Then they kept telling me the fobs were ready and when I arrived there the the fobs were literrally broken with missing buttons.. They even tried to pass off a chevrolet fob on me. Then they call you without appointment and say the fob programmer is here with the fobs but he has to leave in 3 minutes. In other words their words and guarantees are worthless. Also I recently discovered that they use roofing tar to glue down the inner upholstery. Terrible place to buy a vehicle. I promise you that you will be sold garbage and they are not gonna honor their warranty. Avoid this place.!!
