Terrible. Location looks run down and the customer service and communication I received from this location is sub par. Do not waste your time go to another location or business entirely. The woman who claimed to be in charge is not personable, lacks communication skills and has an attitude issue. Instead of inciting problems I just walked out.

Never get your taxes done here and avoid at all cost filing fees are ridiculous i was charged 529 dollars when everywhere else charge you 300. I got approved for a loan then denied after i took their netspend card. Got robbed pretty much of my state return

I feel like I wasted my money. I will never get my taxes done there again. For now on, file it yourself.
