Do not waste your time with this awful company. Vivint withdrew $1,100 from our account unauthorized and did absolutely nothing to work with us to resolve it. I spoke to 5 people over the course of an hour with no resolution. Someone on their end made a mistake and we were out of luck. They do not value their customers and couldn’t care less about their poor mistakes that put families in terrible financial places. Save yourself the headache and find any other home security company to deal with.

Shopping for a security system has been one of the worst buying experiences of my life this company won’t stop calling me even when I’ve asked them to, they will not stop emailing me, their prices are insane compared to any other company. Overall if you’re reading this, DIY your security system all of these companies are scams and charge you monthly fees for things that you can buy at Best Buy. This company is one of many I have contacted for a security system for my home,it is the worst for harassing me and by far the most expensive. Monitoring is only needed for elderly or disabled people. It will only save you about $20 a year on insurance and cost you thousands. DIY systems do the exact same thing and cost a fraction without the harassment.
