I order my food and ask for no teriyaki sauce. Of course they put it on my sandwich. Order took forever, I am on my lunch break and going to be late back to work. I run back in and tell the cook, he explodes, goes behind a wall cussing and f-bombing. Starts to make it again. I go to another guy and asked for refund because I can't wait. He is clueless how to do it. I ask for a manager and it's the cook that is cussing. He fixes the issues, then goes in the back cussing at me and yells at me to never come back to HIS shop again. I left , was late back to work and nothing to eat. I went 10hrs with no food and work a very physical job. This guy shouldn't be working with the public, let alone as a manager. Guaranteed, I will never go back.

The guy who wraps sandwiches and packages fries in bag Do Not Wear Gloves.He touched the fries with his bare hands when they fell from the scooper. All Food Handlers Must Wear Gloves according the Rules an Regulations. Prior to that he was eating and did not wash his hands.

Very polite order takers. We've been to multiple Penn Stations and the sandwiches at this one are prepared the best!
