best location, best apartments (you wont find this much space in any of the new apartment communities in Ohio City) and best in class management.

Best location in Cleveland. Well maintained apartments. MyPlace and the property management team are impossible to communicate with though. They have ignored emails and do not pick up the phone or return voicemails. This made moving in and moving out unnecessarily challenging. Overall, Id recommend living here if you can manage the cost and live with no communication.

Amazing location! Clinton West is located walking distance to cafes and shopping. The building is also very nicely decorated!

Just moved in and couldn't be happier. I rented a furnished apartment on a short term lease. The facility, apartment, and the actual furniture is in great shape. Lexi does an awesome job with communication and most of my questions were resolved in less than 24 hours.

tl;dr: DONT LIVE HERE I moved into Clinton West in 2021; I didnt get to tour the building beforehand as it was a rush move for a job. Because of that, my choosing this building relied heavily on the photos on their website and the reviews, which at first glance seem amazing. What they dont tell you is they frequently offer a variety of prizes to those who leave a positive review online. What you also wont know based on the website and reviews is that what youre primarily paying for at this place is location. The building is in a great spot for sure, but all the seemingly good qualities of this place are highly superficial. The reality? The water pressure is a joke. The water filtration is worse. The soundproofing is non-existent, and the AC/heat seems to go out every other week. And I havent even touched on the management yet. Apparently they dont have the time or the interest in returning tenants calls or emails. What they do have time for? Putting up flyers advertising their new properties and leaving an info packet about these properties outside of every apartment. They arent even subtle about the fact that they dont actually care about the tenants experience, they only want your money. If you want to live in Ohio City, there are plenty of buildings in the area that are a comparable price and offer far nicer amenities and a far more caring staff. Save your money, live literally anywhere else. I cannot wait to move out.
