I moved in in January 2021 in the winter season my house is very drafty from old windows and gaps in between the doors which save me and my kids lives because as soon as the weather became warmer I smell a strong odor of gas call gas company they can out shut my gas off for two days I had three gas leaks pus a rig up furnace switch call the Krch reality they come to fix next day but what if I didn't have a draft in my house we would of been dead in our sleep. Call the property manager no I apology no sympathy no compassion he just wanted to transfer me to work order line. Couldn't cook take showers for two days plus the back porch is made up with wood one little nail uneven now you step out there it's like a seesaw for future reference do a full inspection cause God had my back this time

I've been needing a furnace since October still have not receive one kids dont want to take showers too cold in the house my kids keep getting sick put in maintenance request since then no one is taking care of the problem paying over $1000.00 per month not in the suburbs either smh

They dont answer calls. The whole year I stayed there I had issues from the hot water tank not working to leaking dirty drown water pouring from the upstairs unit into my bathroom downstairs. The maintenance never came on time and barely fixed what they were suppose to. The back door lock did not even completely lock so if not closed right someone could enter my home. They do not take customer complaints seriously and still have yet to return my deposit when I have been out of that unit for two months already. Poor company to rent from.
