Overall, a great business in my opinion. I wish I could give them 6 stars, they deserve it. The women that cleaned my house were very respectful and did a good job. They raised the quality and value of my property: it was like an investment for the money that I spent. I will definitely contact them again later. I recommend Ramona's Cleaning Services to everyone! I've been using this service for over a year. Quality of work has progressively went down hill. I was supposed to get 2 ladies for an hour (I really need 1.5 hours) but they only stayed 45 minutes (I was paying for half an hour when they weren't here). I tried to work with management to fix this and make sure we were on the same page (I don't think i was asking too much). Management kept advising they would visit or call to chat but didn't... They just stopped coming. Very poor client service.

Wow, 5 stars for sure, they are the best!!! ...... My mom was glad she had this company clean our house. They do a good job for a decent cost, and it's all done in the right way. They are experts at cleaning!
