Dispatched by local company to pick up product at the Galaxy balloon and the shipping people were rude and unhelpful. couldn't find the right door. No signage whatsoever. Told me I was making excuses when I couldn't get to dock except one without slogging through snow. Acted like it was a big favor to move the order that I was sent to pick up from their normal doxk to a dock that wasn't covered with snow!

the people are great and management is very responsible and treated workers fairly. This job is more for people that are comfortable with strict rules and fail to seek better employment elsewhere. Not to talk negative, but I felt I was smarter than most people there including management as most aren't as educated and received promotions only with growth without proper schooling or education. So for me, I knew I was well overqualified for the job. Human resource there is a joke and felt like I was doing her job and she lacked knowledge about resourcing and offered no assistance in helping me. Not to talk bad about her as a person, I'm sure she's great but as they promote within some aren't just fit for the job. For what they pay, 12 an hour is a shame, point system is fair but also can creep on you and without mercy. warning, there is also a lot of favoritism that can become a legal issue, but once again people there lack knowledge or education. Good luck if you apply, I worked there because of the hard-to-find work in my field as a chemist. Stay away unless you're in a dead-end position like I was. This is an honest review and thanks.
