PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE!! The manager is a b****. She gave me a wrong order and started making fun of me saying "I'm so scared" when I said I was coming into the store. Please go somewhere else.

This place is awsome we ordered for a last minute get together and the ribs half sheet pizza and wings were awsome then they have subs and salads and pasta this place is cheap and great food oh yea and buy one get one free you must check them out

Be careful using their online ordering, they don't have a fail safe to let you know IF THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSE Yesterday, 2/18/14, I placed an online order with the Pizza Pan restaurant at Cleveland - 15802 Lorain Ave (W158th) at 5:49pm (well within business hours), received the confirmation/acknowledgement email & waited approximately 2 hours before attempting to call them. After 2 phone calls with no answer I braved the winter weather to walk the 1.3 miles up to the Pizza Pan location mentioned above only to find out that they were closed well before their posted 10pm close time. Then sullenly returned to walking the 1.3 miles back home to let my wife know that they were closed and we were going to have to figure out what else to do for our evening meal. Thus over the course of the evening, leaving my daughters without the pizza & movie night they were promised (ended up eating PB&J rather than tasty pizza) and leaving my wife and I with nothing else in the fridge for the evening meal. In closing, I hope that everyone at Pizza Pan Cleveland - 15802 Lorain Ave (W158th) had a nice night off, cause you all really screwed over a family of 4 and left 2 little girls without their promised movie & pizza night.
