Me and my daughter stopped in today and got there , the whole staff was friendly and polite. The food was fresh and plenty of it for the price . I will be returning there soon .

If I could give 0 stars I would. The atmosphere when you walk in was awful, a group of 10 young staff members standing around staring at you whispering to each other while 2 people actually did their jobs. No one was helpful and actually spoke quit rude to the elderly customers. The chicken parmigiana sandwich was a frozen breaded chicken tender slapped on a bun with minimal sauce and cheese and warmed up for a few minutes. The chicken Alfredo was extremely bland and tasted like feet, I will not be returning.

We went here for the first time today. We ordered a meatball sub and a sausage sub with a couple of salads. The sandwiches were wrapped so tight the cheese was all on the aluminum foil and the bread wasnt toasted. The salads were overpriced for the size. We used to go to the one in Westlake and there awesome. We wont be back at the one in Brookpark ever again. One and done.
