I had a shoot with David back in February. It was my first photoshoot ever and I was really anxious, nervous and uncomfortable, so he did his best to make me feel comfortable and was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, his makeup artist, Allison Kaye, was not as genuine. She got mad at me because I did not want her to post my picture on her Instagram and blocked me on social media. She even went so far as to block my boyfriend. So much unnecessary drama. I paid a lot of money for the shoot and makeup and should have the right to not want my picture posted! Very unprofessional and would not recommend working with her. Even my boyfriend told me later that she was being very two-faced and fake to me. I guess this is how some people are, its all about their social media accounts and publicity. I respect and appreciate genuine people more. Ive had a lot of different services done and no one has ever gotten mad at me over not wanting my picture posted. They are usually very understanding and respectful over it. I was also supposed to get a hard copy of one of my pictures, but I guess Allison said something to the photographer after this and he never contacted me about that. Even though it was part of the agreement. I dont blame him though. I would trust the person I work with over a client too. This just made me feel very upset that night, because I was genuinely shocked that someone would make such a big deal over this, so felt like I needed to talk about it and defend myself.
