Not happy at all.. the guy came set the trap,told me to call if I hear the squirrel in the trap,he got paid. An hour later I called him because the one squirrel that needed to be removed from my ceiling was in the trap,he told me someone would come get it in a few hours, it turned into late in the evening and still nothing. The squirrel escaped the trap,jumped out of my ceiling,ran around my house breaking things and traumatized my 2 yr old daughter. My dog chased it out my back door so what the hell did I pay $269.00 for????? They were supposed to contact me and it has been 3 days and nothing. Either I get my money back or I am calling my lawyer! Service: General wildlife removal

I used Bug and Wildlife Genius for chipmunk removal and mice baiting. The actual technician who came out was very pleasant, thorough, and helpful. However, they were an hour late for the first appointment (I had to call and confirm that they were still coming), never came for the second appointment, and are currently over an hour late for the third appointment (still not here). I am EXTREMELY disappointed and annoyed in the timeliness of this company. A call to update the time would have been grately appreciated for all 3 scheduled appointments.
