        Used to be a very good service provider when I used about 2 years ago, but no longer. Do not bother with Central Exterminator if you live on the east side...calls/messages don't get returned.

        The technicians, and the people at the corporate office are very rude. I asked one of their technicians to not knock on my door so hard because I work from home, and this guy tells me that he'll knock on my door however he wants. So, I then call the HQ office to file a complaint and the guys that answer the phone are just as rude and tell me that I have to file the complaint with the property manager where I live because they are the customer. Property management was standing right there and said nothing. I hope no one has the experience that I had with them. Rude and very unprofessional.
