        There is plenty of parking spaces at reasonable prices and located between The Bingham and Archer apartment complexes in Downtown Cleveland. There is no CCTV surveillance. I stayed at The Bingham and parking was free for me.

        Avoid at all costs! Over the span of a couple days that I was there, a car window next to ours was smashed and our car was towed because the parking attendant forgot we paid. There is no attendant there most of the time, so it completely lacks security and organization.
