I had surgery at the beginning of 2021 by Dr Billow. Had several after care visits where he never once seemed to care about me as a patient and never touched my repaired leg in any of my visits. I had several complaints about the repair to my ankle that he brushed of or flat out ignored. Last week after finding a new surgeon the hardware was removed from my ankle and the relief was amazing may even say life changing. I didn't have an initial choice in surgeon because it was an emergency repair. The first surgery was done well but everything by him after that was best summed up as terrible bed side manner. Would not recommend if you have a choice.
