        Extremely curt and rude service.  Upon requesting a quote via email (explaining that I had been previously quoted by a place in Twinsburg), was responded to with this:"You have a good price go with Twinsburg and save yourself and others"from the President of HI TecMetal Group Inc, Mr. Terry Profughi himself.Curtness aside, the lack of punctuation and borderline incoherent, run-on sentence is a great way to show your customers you spend time on them, and run a courteous and professional business.
