Wonderful people, always helpful and kind. I would recommend them to any member of our community. A Lot of the low scoring reviews seem like they didn't take into account that medical practice takes time, and that if you need something you need to call in advance :/

Dr. Meyers is probably the best Doctor I've ever had. I feel comfortable, safe, listened to and respected by her. All the staff always makes me feel comfortable and I like the environment. I receive trans related healthcare here and I feel I've always got the support I needed.

Can't get ahold of anyone. Phone number brings me to a waiting tone that never ends. Little info on website to help understand hours of operation.

Metrohealth has always been very inclusive in regards to the LGBT community, specifically the trans community. Dr. Thomas Murphy has been providing medical services to the trans community for decades!!! The Pride Clinic opened 10 years ago, they were the first in the area to provide a safe place for LGBT individuals who desperately needed compassion, empathy and comprehensive medical care without judgement. Dr. Ng and Dr. VanAuken are great!

Horrid experience. I am now de-transitioning against my own will. My hrt doctor was changed twice in 5 months. They cancelled on me while I was in the waiting room. They refused to issue patches or injections when I voiced my concern over the effects of Spiro. But the most unnacceptable part is when they refused to issue my refills for no reason, and completely blocked me out. I've left dozens of detailed voicemails, talked to over 15 people, and was transferred hundreds of times over the last few weeks trying to get what is mine. My lab results came back fine. This is borderline malpractice.
