Never again! My son had his first homecoming and I wanted everything about the night to be special I wish I would of read reviews before ordering! Not only did I not receive what I ordered the white roses on the corsage and boutonnière were half dead and brown. I had to cut so much off of them to even make it work! I want a refund asked for one and no one has gotten back to me! That’s just bad business! Lesson learned and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the awful experience we had at segelines! I’ll post pictures of what I ordered and then what I got and trust me in person the roses were brown! $80 bucks down the drain!

It is hard to put into words how much they did for me, put I'll try. My aunt was dying as Thanksgiving approached, so when my mother tearfully asked to please go get the Thanksgiving bouquet early, as it looked like my aunt wouldn't be able to make it, I of course tried to go get it as fast as I could. The intial florist I went to burnt me quiet bad, and left me without anything to bring to my mother and aunt as time was quickly running out. So I went to Segelin's and the folks there immediately took care of me and my, now last minute, order. And when I broke down crying as I explained what, and why, I needed; they went above and beyond to help me, and console me. My aunt did not make it Thanksgiving, but in the days prior, the tabletop bouquet they had made on the spot, was a source of comfort and a much needed reminder of the beautiful things in life. I mean look at that picture. When every other topic became to hard to talk about, we would sit around the flowers in wonderment at how lovely they were, how perfect their arrangement, and how long they were lasting. Anyways, thank you Segelin's for helping us through this difficult time, and everyone go shop there.

I called Segelin's Florist on Monday to inquire about a tropical funeral arrangement for my father's memorial service on Friday. They said they should be able to make the tropical arrangement as long as the flowers are available through the warehouse(?).The next day, I went to inquire in person about the tropical arrangement for my father's memorial service and I asked them to call the warehouse to see if they had any tropical flowers available. The sales person showed me pictures of topical flowers and I told her what I liked. She called the warehouse and placed the order. I reviewed the floral order, the address where it was to be delivered as well as the delivery time. I was told it would be delivered before 11am. My father's service was at noon. Friday, the day of the memorial service, I arrived at 11:15am and NO FLOWERS. As I was greeting family and friends, I was trying to call Segelin's Florist and couldn't get through. I finally got through and told an employee of Segelin's the arrangement hadn't arrived yet. I was told it was in route. I told her it's late and it should have arrived before 11am. She told me she would see what the problem was. She never apologized or called me back to tell me where the flowers were. I called the florist at 11:40am and told them the arrangement just arrived. The employee seemed she could careless. I asked what the problem was and she said the driver was stuck in traffic. I believe this is BS. If you have a deadline you leave early. It doesn't take long to drive from downtown Cleveland to North Olmsted OH. I didn't appreciate having to stop greeting family and friends at my father's memorial service because I was trying to locate a floral arrangement that I paid over $200.00 for. I never received an apology. If you place an order with them, make sure you give yourself extra time just in case the driver is "stuck in traffic".
