I meet Ebonie a 2 years ago when I needed a final insurance/burial plan for my father. My father was in great shape, but I didn’t want to run into a situation where we were not prepared. My father just died last year, and I reached out to Ebonie and she was very helpful with helping us with the paperwork and she even delivered final documents to us herself. Since then, I have set up an appointment with Ebonie to talk about estate planning services for myself. I want to be as prepared as possible. Ebonie Nolan and Variety Insurance Protection were very professional and personable. Sitting with Ebonie made me feel like I was sitting and talking with family. I already had an insurance policy and wanted an additional policy for myself and my children. Ebonie was able to go over my current policy and showed me where my policy was lacking and what I needed. She explained the difference between my policy and what she had offered me in a way that was not information overload. Excellent customer service and knowledge of products offered.
