Grounds by Coffey Inc

During a scheduled bush trimming appointment the men had trampled my flowers and cut a wire that left me with no internet/cable access for 3 days. When I called John Coffey he was quite rude as I tried to explain what had happened that day. He insisted no one is perfect and things like that happen. He offered no apology of any kind and just babbled on about how people expect work to be done and how could they not trample things if they were in the way. I was beyond flabergasted at his excuses and such. He said he would come out on Monday to take a look but never did. I told him I have pictures. He told me the cable company would just come out and fix the wire - What was he suppose to do. I ended the phone call which I barely got to speak and he calls me back leaving a voicemail with more excuses and such and am I perfect? Have I never made a mistake?? Just an unbelievable experience. I really thought the perfect solution would have been a percentage off my bill with an apology or an acknowedgement of what had happened. His professional demenor was unacceptable in so many ways.

I have struggled through four landscaping and grass-cutting services over the last six years. I finally hit upon the right company with Grounds by Coffey. For the first time since I have lived at my house, I now have the fullest and greenest yard on our street. Thank you John Coffey!
