The work was completed in the time predicted. The installers were professional, and they cleaned up well after themselves. The new drawers are beautiful, and the new laminate on the cabinets and island is lovely.

The installer, Mike, is an amazing craftsman. He is seriously quite impressive. Don the project manager was nice and helpful too. The Kitchen Saver lady sales rep made it way too high pressure of a sales experience. Probably the highest pressure Ive ever experienced in my life. We were showing her how our current cabinet doors are solid oak wood and Im fairly certain she said their doors would be wood too but they are a composite plastic of some sort. The sales lady doesn't give you time to get other quotes or she claims the deal is off and they will remove the all of the virtual discounts so we had 2 days to decide and sign. It is quite unfortunate that is the Kitchen Saver sales tactic. Get your other quotes before calling them. Call them in last. We did have one quote prior but was wanting time for one more from the company in Medina that gives a lifetime warranty.

I was hired and then let go because they couldn't waitt two days for my start date as I needed to get travel monies for back and forth to work together before their three training Process that pays out at the end of the three weeks on a hourly bases. Then goes to percentage of jobs. Silly as all get out! I've been doing remodeling for 35+ years and Refacing for the last 3years with no complaints. Google me at Focus Remodeling Co. Their Internal hiring and operations or sketchy at best. I've subcontracted from many different other outfits and in good standing, Never have I seen such a fumble to on board with a specialty remodeling company. They also insisted that you don't take on any personal jobs through your own company while working with them which is fine If their feeding you enough work that compensates your regular income. The real kicker that's even more sketchy is that if they don't have a Refacing project ready that pays a percentage at any given week, They want you to work hourly to fill up 40 hours a week making sure you can't schedule any personal non-conflicting side projects of your own. They want experienced people but only to enslave at the same time. Smh I thought Slavery was abolished. New interested experienced tradesmen's beware!
