Awful. Actually less than 1 star. I had a valid claim and they weaseled out of paying. They don't want to accept responsibility and want to make it the insured's fault. Also they do not communicate in a timely fashion.

Worse company . I started with a premium of 1,600 and now bumped up to 4,186 its crazy and no claim at all Calling in to cancel . I do no recommend this company at all....

It has been 2 years and I cant get my money for my fire damage. They sent 2 checks and they both bounced. When you call they nickel and dime you. The most worst worst worst worst. They should be sued for lying, not paying people claims and still taking people money without a house.
