I had a terrible experience at this salon. Though I made an appointment, the stylist was working on another client at the time. For the sake of time, they asked if it was ok for a different stylist to do my hair. All I wanted was a wash, blow dry and flat iron. The stylist proceeded to tell me that I needed a cut badly because my hair was damaged. I tend not to go to salons because they get too scissor happy. I take great care of my hair, so I was in shock when she said this. I trusted her word. When she was done with my hair, she had easily taken off about 3 inches of my hair. I also hated the way that she flat ironed my hair. It was limp with absolutely no body. I left the salon in tears. I would never go back to this salon.

Brandi did an excellent job on my hair. However, it would have been nice to know that the shop was relicating. I had only been there once.

One of the titles in the company's name says kinky. My hair was natural but I wanted a straw set. I called first and was told that yes someone could do it. I was given a name and scheduled my appointment. When I got there either she wasn't there or was busy, I can't remember what happened but I was assigned a young girl who knew nothing about what I wanted. I walked out of there with nothing of what I asked for AND my hair was hard, and dry. I'll never go there again.
