For some reason, they don't open to the public... so getting a dozen pond lettuce costs me considerably more than it should because they pillage you on shipping charges. Would not recommend.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I placed an order for plants in the middle of May and received no communication from them about when my order would ship until I reached out to them. It took almost three weeks to get my order and when I did, half of it was missing. I have tried emailing them and contacting them through their website with no response. I tried calling today, but no one answers and there is no way to leave a message. This is beyond ridiculous.
