        One star is too good of a review. Terrible service, constantly being rerouted to other people then when they drop the ball the supervisor blames subordinates and it is my fault for not knowing the name of that subordinate. Even when I am being respectful, I get nothing but disrespect and cut off at every chance I try to speaks. I even get the dial tone when it is close to 20 mins before closing..hmm I wonder why. If I could call somewhere else I would but the govt has us stuck with garbage center

        I work for the VA and I cannot get anyone to assist me with my spelling of my ENTIRE name. To be fixed. For my W-2. Everything is what they call a WORKAROUND. Rediculous!!!!!

        I have been trying to settle a pay problem since October and it's still dragging on and on and on and every time I call I get a different answer. It's just pure torture. Very inconsistent answers during a very stressful time. I even explained that I was in a hardship situation. SMH I guess I have to get senator involved
