I was not notified you bought my loan and when I tried to find a number for you it took me more then 20 min. on computer. you do not provide number to my bank which you draw my payment off. I am highly and beyond pissed. I am 2x a moth withdraw.. not biweekly. and have been harmed in your unauthorized withdraws. I highly recommend you do not use this service. I work up to 16 hours a day and when I try and call they are closed.. So gotta get out of this agreement I was not notified I was in... Signed bad idea...

I had never heard of a bi-weekly program prior to signing up. Since then I have had the freedom and peace of mind that comes with having Avalon taking care of your bill. If your lender happens to misplace a payment they will gladly review your payment history and get it rectified ASAP! THANK YOU AVALON, and a special thanks to my favorite rep Hillary for always helping me when I need it!

My house sold and they took out a payment after that. It caused me to go into the negative. They are blaming me saying I should have told them my house sold. Then they are not returning my money until 7 days later and not covering the $35 bounce fee. On top of all that they are charging me a $95 cancellation fee because I sold my house and no longer need their service . Run in the other direction with this company. I have lost all respect and they have shady business practices. If you make a mistake and take money when you shouldnt why make me wait 7 days and not cover the overdraft fee? It is now 6/1/20 and still no refund. I was told it would be refunded on May 29th. I refinanced my house and the lender is the one who set up the bi weekly with Avalon. The lender did not make it sound like this was a separate entity than the bank. If I would have know that the bank did not handle notifications that the loan was paid off I would have notified Avalon Financial. Instead I get a payment taken from my account that caused me to overdraft, told it was my fault and would not get the overdraft fee taken care of and now I still do not have my payment refunded.
