Credit First National Association (CFNA)

I really want to do away with this card after today. I have been with this company over 10 years always making my payments on time and more than the minimum at times. NEVER misses a payment in over 10 years. Recently I had alot going on in March and I missed the payment I was 7 days late and they reduced my credit limit took my positive available credit. I don't really use the card that much, but loyalty and good payment history means nothing to them. WORST BANK EVER, DON'T GET A CARD WITH THEM.

I have a settled collection with this company that is on my credit report but ever time I do a dispute asking for verification I get a letter in the mail stating please be advised that due to privacy concerns we are sending our correspondence to the address we have on file and yet I still have no documents stating otherwise. Im not sure what address they have. Then Equifax have already removed the account but I got another letter from CFNA stating they removed the account from my Equifax report due to verification reasons. But you still want to house inaccurate information on my other 2 credit report and truly cant verify my identity which is a violation under FCRA. I have called, and emailed to request the account be removed and yet no luck. For this reason I contacted the OCC since that is who CFNA is under. Since calling and the manager cant help and I provided every document. Im have no choice but to take this to small claims court for legal damages since I have been dealing with this since August 2022

terrible credit card. would not recommend. do not get even if it is the last resort.

Get this card if you want them to rip all your available credit away unannounced.
