        All of the food I ordered was not in the bag, and one of the sandwiches I ordered was mangled. One of the patties was ripped in half. I called the number on the receipt provided to tell them about my experience. I spoke to someone named Connie who was not helpful, she was condescending and said the food was made by humans. I was confused, I will not return to this location and I dont recommend it.

        Man $15 hr and you can't even get the order right. Can we get automatic McDonald's already. This place has got to be one of the worst McDonald's in Cleveland area. This is considered extra onions.

        Tried to order in the drive thru. No one answered the second window after waiting some time. Drove around to get in the first window line. They then proceeded to answer the second drive thru window. The driver in front of us did the same thing. Now we have to wait in the reserved line. Got here at 6:30pm left at 6:42
