Well where should I start! She basically lied to me and never returned any of my calls. She told me she would do a refile on my case and then just ghosted me. All I asked for was for her to be honest with me. I gave up a much smaller settlement cause she said I could get way more and then nothing happened. I asked her for the files on my case so I could hire another attorney and again I have heard nothing. I tried contacting her thru email, text and phone calls for months. A simple reply from her was what I was looking for. I was willing to even pay the refiling fee but she just blew me off. I wouldnt suggest using her if your case is serious cause she is not great at communicating and will just lie to you!

Our HOA has retained Kaman and Cusimano for the past 12 years and it was a very wise move that has paid off in many ways. We have made many (free) calls to them to get advice on various items usually involving rules and regulations, By-Laws and Declarations, and other matters of legal policy. They are prompt in getting back with us and always offer thorough and very helpful legal guidance. The annual retainer fee we pay them is MORE than worth it. Would recommend these folks in a heartbeat.

K&C attorney Nick Meinert attended our Association's Annual Meeting this week. We appreciated Nick's valuable legal advise and his guidance in keeping us up-to-date with regards to condo law. Nick also participated in the "questions and answers" portion of our meeting, and he was very eloquent and considerate when responding to the owners' questions. His responses helped many owners to better understand why condo communities have rules and regulations. K&C has been a very important asset to our Board of Directors. The K&C webinars and seminars are a tremendous education tool.

They are defending kings path association everyone which is the worst management team in Ohio . I would definitely not use them for anything. They are not a good team to choose e everyone run. They are vampires greedy no good greedy people here I wouldnt recommend giving them any business, also people read the reviews , everyone saying the same thing . Except there friends leaving them good reviews people or people working there in professional and greedy!!!
