Terrible service 👎🏽👎🏽 My pizza was old and reheated. Probably from an order that was never picked up. When I called to tell them it tasted old. The manager was rude and of no help. I will NEVER eat here again.

Got a chicken itiailano sandwich today 8 13 18 for a group business metting and the chicken was burnt to almost black some was black got a photo needless to say i took a bite and could not eat this overdone sandwich so i never got any food for lunch today very sad Not the only time problems have come from the bedford hts store my place of work is near by and the manager has zeppes on speed dail we have had the wrong pizza show up and a under cooked pizza not very appetizing Im not and now will nevr be a fan of zeppes

This establishment is filthy. While working there i found mice and ants everywhere. If anyone gets sick i suggest sueing them for not keeping up a clean establishment.
