John did a small patio for me in my backyard (poured concrete underneath where it would go) in Lakewood. He did an excellent job in estimating the cost as well as communicating to me when the job would be done. The concrete came out beautiful and stamped. We even had it done in November with no issues. He is always gets back to me on a reasonable basis. I will be using him again soon for other projects!

When my husband and I moved into our first home 6 months in we started to experience serious water issues in our old basement. I received 5 different estimates from various companies, all of which I felt used scare tactics and ridiculous pricing. Rob Coulter was the first person I met that I felt comfortable with, trusted and also suggested a cross channel to guarantee the entire floor. I was very happy with the service. We were bone dry after flash flood warnings our first night! The true reason I'm writing this review is because 6 months later after 12 feet of snow we experienced a small leak in one problem area. Rob came out and fixed the spot. Typically, when you run into issues with work on your home it's not during the project but after. Coulter coming out to fix the issue is a true testament to the kind of businessman he is. He is reliable, honest and stands behind his work. I am so happy I chose him and would recommend his services to my friends.
