DO NOT GO HERE. This 'school' is a JOKE. Overpriced. Don't actually care about their students or their staff. That's why most of the good instructors and other staff leave... They try to make it seem like they care with "retention" but that's just really about keeping you there so they get their money! And that's all it is about to them is business and money. You are just another number. Run from this place.

I attended Stautzenberger college from 2017-2019. Choosing this school for my education is one of my biggest regrets. Constant turnover in staff, unqualified teachers, a lot of drama that students should not have to encounter while attending school. During my two year time at the school, they went though two presidents and three deans. From the day I started it was nothing but problems. They accepted too many students into my program and then realized they could not accommodate us all in the lab. Then when it came time for clinicals, we found out the hard way that the school did not have good relationships with hospitals in the area. Some hospitals would not take us because the school has such a bad reputation and the students who come out of there are "not as good" as the students from the competing school. One student even had to drive to west virginia for her clinical rotation. Upon graduation, we struggled to find jobs because of the reputation of the school. Save your time, money, and headache and go to a community college and pay half the price and get a way better education.

I wish I could say that this was worth my time and money. I am almost 30k in debt, was lied to, was mislead and now am unable to find a job that pays more then 11 an hour. I took the animal welfare management classes, and although the instructors and assignments was amazing, I am more worried about how I am going to pay off this debt. It was a concern of mine half way through the classes if I was going to be able to work with wildlife, I was told absolutely yes. Come to find out I must still volunteer at a rehab of some sort for at least 6 months to even work woth these animals, I was told nothing about this either when I was questioning if this was the right program for me. I was also told I would not be paying anything what so ever due to my income, however I quickly found out that was not true. I can make more working at McDonald's as of right now then I will with any of the careers I have shown interest in.
