Id heard all the nasty comments and opinions around factoring companies over the years. Too expensive, not able to reinvest any profit, hard to exittheres a lot of people out there that have bad experiences with a factoring company.
Im not saying those people are wrong or didnt have bad experiences but they didnt have them with PRN. My experience with PRN?
1. PRN allowed me to launch my business without taking on an extra equity partner.
2. PRN allowed me to finance my business without a personal guaranty
3. PRN allowed me to grow without constraint
4. PRN gave me VERY valuable business intelligence
5. PRN was familiar with all of my biggest staffing MSP programs
6. Most importantly, PRN practices the highest code of business ethics I have seen in my career
PRN is a true partner in every sense of the word. In healthcare staffing, payment remittances can sometimes be a jigsaw puzzle connecting the dots to which shifts were paid, etc. While I was lucky to have some experience in the area, many arent that lucky having a factor-partner with industry knowledge can help in so many ways. But its how PRN approaches problems that stands out full transparency, accountability and a genuine feel of someone working with me on the same side of the table, not someone working against me from the other side. Its not
personal touch or anything special because I know PRN treats all their clients like this. I, for one, always felt like PRN was my partner and not just a vendor.
There is one particular experience that confirmed my thoughts about PRN early on in our relationship only a few months in Were in the middle of a little hot streak and Phil (President of PRN) emails me out of the blue, saying hes going to be in Phoenix and wants to have lunch. Never spoken to Phil and didnt even know he was the President. That lunch confirmed for me (ten, hundred, million times over) how good of a decision I had made. While not divulging anything specific, Phil gave me valuable insights into various staffing business models, different growth trajectories that Phils seen over the years, lead generation tips high level guidance with real, actionable day-to-day tips. Ive been fortunate enough to have three lunches with Phil now and I can honestly say they are one of my favorite events of my year.
Every conversation I had with a PRN associate was pleasant, personal, engagingand yet accomplished a purpose. No matter who I spoke with, they knew me, who I was, my account and could answer my questions.
In summary, I cannot give a high enough recommendation for PRN Funding. My company is growing fast, extremely health and perfectly positioned for the future.
I will forever be grateful for the opportunity that PRN gave to me and look to pay it forward.
