I'm new to this gym & I didn't know how to use the app .. I accidentally scheduled a class for last night when this snow storm was hitting but I was within the cancelation window so I still went. I offered to the employee that I could just leave so he wouldn't have to stay bcz the roads were getting pretty wicked & he really was like "no let's have a session" & I am just impressed & thankful that this gym doesn't cancel classes even if it's just one crazy person showing up in a snow storm. I feel like this gym isn't going to let me give in to my excuses & I need that.

Great communication around signing up for classes. Facilities seemed clean and staff were engaged, knowledgeable and helpful.

Recently joined the club in Highland heights. I’ve been a fan of title boxing for the past 10 months but unfortunately not all of these clubs are built the same. The trainers at this location are not very involved and going to a class is equivalent to putting on a video/audio of a boxing class at home. They also have some irrational rules that are followed very strictly. My husband and I made it to the class just three minutes late and weren’t allowed in. They wanted to charge us the no show fee if we didn’t show up to the next class which started 1.5hr later. We understand how fluids travel and virus spreads. There is no reason to not let people who have registered and have masks on to get into the class just three minutes later. Can’t continue with workout classes that don’t allow some level of flexibility.
