I had a steam shower generator/system from 2004. The unit died and I had to find a generator that fit the size of the custom steam shower. The generator had to also fit in the wall of an adjacent room and be run the same way as our original unit. Easier said than done. I contacted Homeward Bath to see if what they offered would work. Sales was awesome; they helped me figure out which unit would work best! They were also a couple thousand dollars cheaper of what could be sourced locally in Northern CA. I was a bit skeptical that their unit would work as well since it was nearly half the cost of their competitors. I am thrilled with the unit we purchased!!!! The unit has worked great for nearly a year. We had a issue with the wall control and contacted tech support. Mark M. helped us troubleshoot and resolve the issue! Very happy with my purchase and the fantastic service Homeward Bath provides!!!
