    after giving them every opportunity to make things right, they chose to ignore my requests and failed to make things right. Dropped off my Range rover classic with imported leather covers for a simple recovering. Also dropped off doorcards for porshce as well at this time. After getting home with the range rover, I realized the hard seat backs were not installed, so I called them up. They said they meant to call me before installing the seat covers to address this, but they didnt.... after I had already paid and things were done. I asked if they can fix this by tightening the seat covers, or installing the hard covers over the top, they said no. They gave me no solutions at all and asked them to call me back in a day or two with options. They didnt get back to me for a week so I called them up, they said they cannot fix the seats (even though they are supposedly an auto upholsterer) and that the best they can do is install diffrent covers that are meant to work with the hard seat backs. I then asked them if they can just do some sort of partial refund, or even credit towards the door cards that I was going to have them do, they said the owner doesnt want to give any sort of refund. Icing on the cake was that they then said they cannot re-cover the Porsche door cards that I provided already uninstalled from that car. I wouldnt trust these people with anything further work, and it's horrible business practice to put out poor quality of work and then tell the customer they cannot do anything to make it right.

Hi Austin - We are willing to make this right for you and we told you that when we last spoke. Unfortunately, the parts that you brought us to install were incorrect, which we caught after they were installed. This was something that was out of our control and we explained that to you. When we had that conversation, you stated that you were fine with the current installation and decided against ordering new parts. We did everything that we said we would do when it came to the install on our end, especially when it came to the installation, time, and labor of our team.
