I joined bright view .April 24, 2023. My experience has been absolutely amazing. Never been around so many people within the staff at the Parma, Ohio that are always kind, smiling, and truly care about the individuals that walk through that door! I just signed another contract to stay with bright View. Addiction is serious..and can be a thing of the past with the solutions BrightView has to offer. Thank you to the staff at Parma!

Brightview is an amazing place a safe honest place to come to when needing help with recovery im very thankful for my recovery with brightview they all have been amazing staff friends never gave up on me even when I gave up on myself i stand today going on 6months sober and brightview is a big part in my recovery love you parma area

Wow..I read some of the other reviews and there is someone giving brightview 1 star because they didn't answer the phone fast enough . Well that is because they are busy saving lives here. My live was one of those . This facility is critical to this epidemic of Addiction and Depndency . My story is the doctor story ..I have a chronic pain condition and used oxycodone and methadone for about 22 years . All prescribed. Then one day not only did the pills no longer work there was severe withdrawal and untamed anxiety . Suffering really . I immediately let my doctors know and then I sought assistance for what was going on with me . It was bad and I feel i was near death..the withdrawal and after effects of being on opiods for 22 years brought me to my knees near death.
No matter how you end up at brightview . You have met the the great equalizer......Addiction
I was very ill and these people took amazing care of me , a stranger who walked in dying that they taught how to be free. I spent almost 2 years at Brightview before getting off all the meds . I discovered some serious issues that needed to be addressed mentally with anxiety and depression . Everyone who is a patient there gets a doctor and therapist and it was through that therapist I was encouraged to get my own psychiatrist and from there I was on my way .
Life after opiods is good and I do not hold any animosity towards.the doctors who had me on oxycodone and methadone as it was working to keep my pain levels down for a long time.
If you are struggling with depndency or Addiction this is the place you want to be

At 1st this place was great. Everything you need.
I got off of methadone came to this clinic
And got on Suboxone the tablets were not working for me. I had problems with the dissolving in my mouth. The doctor refused to put me on strips because they have to send them to the pharmacy and they wont make their money that way because they dispense just the pills.
Obviously they dont do it in the patients best interest I pissed clean for them every single time I went in and Im not doing any drugs and its Dr. Is a quack.
