        I just experienced something I still can't believe just happened. I also take responsibility and should have refused the service. It is 12/23 and the "feels like" temperature is 33 degrees below zero. This company actually sent a technician to do the work. I allowed it. Never again. I have a 26-year background in the Human Resources department. I have not witnessed such inhumane treatment of an employee ever. I called to speak with the manager/owner and believe it or not they were both off today due to the weather. I hope they both feel warm and cozy. The technician left in a state of shock and probably a case of hypothermia.
