Cordelia, Marilyn did NOT cancel your insurance without your permission or without your notice because that is illegal, but instead worked closely with you and your parents to make sure you had no gaps or lapses in coverage when we had to start you on your own insurance policy in 2020. After we became aware that you were no longer in the same household, we were forced by the insurance company to remove the coverage for you and your vehicle from your parents’ auto policy, but not before we made sure you had the coverage you needed/wanted with our agency. If we had been made aware that your brother wasn’t living with your parents any longer, we would have also been forced by the insurance company to remove coverage for him and his vehicle from your parents’ policy. A few months ago we also tried to help you save over $1,000/year on your insurance by providing you with a quote from another insurance company, but you weren’t interested in saving money at that time, so we assumed moving forward you would let us know if you had any concerns with your insurance premiums, which is why we didn’t let you know about your increased renewal policy premium. Your policy has already been cancelled, and the cancellation was processed within 2 and a half hours of you first contacting our office, and before you even wrote this review. We strive to provide every single one of our customers with the best possible customer experience, and we are sorry you don’t feel like we lived up to your expectations.
