      image Service was never performed my car was kept over the weekend in there garage contact corporate office 11 days later never heard back terrible company service would never do business after well over 15 years of taking all my vehicles to them in Ooltewah Tennessee. The replay to my review is in outright LIE voicemail was left spoke to your Regional manager do not reply and make false accusations that even makes me more UPSET I will re-contact Kim and have this edited your business practices are extremely poor and I find you not holding yourself accountable and disrespectful to your customers!

      image Bought a set of tires with warranty so far been back 4 times to get an alignment and rotation and they have not been able to get my car done i
      drop it off at 8am and pick it up at 630pm I would not recommend this place unless you can leave your car there for a few day

      image Cant pay employees correctly. This is the 2nd check within 4 weeks they havent payed my correctly. How can you get it right on the paystub but you cant transfer it into my account correctly
