Amazing experience with empire on our gutters. They not only fixed damages from an Amazon truck, but also some water flow issues that were leaving our porch soaking wet after every rainfall. They are so functional now, and so pretty looking too! Would recommend them for all roofing needs and will be using them for the rest of our gutters in the future.

Updated 2024 - I was credited forfor damages with a gutter clean out service difference. Update 5/23/2023: about a year later I am still waiting for them to reimburse me for two broken items I found in my garden from the roof installation. Its been difficult to get this resolved. Used empire for two separate locations and pleased each time!! Very easy to work with, honest, and helpful. Roof and gutters look beautiful!!

Our Sales Rep Jonathan Chapa went over and above to help us with our insurance claim. His manager Jason Shattuck responded quickly to provide us pictures of the roof damage. As a result we received more $$$ from the insurance company that helped us cover the balance of the cost. The onsite people were great in communicating with us on what and when regarding the work and any changes. I cant recommend Empire Contractors enough. Thank you so much
