Manager with Pony tail at the Nashville location told me not to come back in front of my 7 year old after I requested and told him the service I was receiving was below par done in private with him. He stated I disrespected him and his staff! Wow! He said he was delighted to be receiving this one star review! So here you go Mr Pony tail Head of the Jeff Rubys puppet club! Before reaching my table he rushed over to flatter my wife with his fake agenda and I ask him to leave my table and he smiled and said your not coming back so it does not matter in front of my 7 year old. My 7 year old said! Dad he said we can not come back, why? I told him it does not matter we will not be coming back!

Its a shame this place has to keep hiring new people when qualified people apply and get rejected. Clearly stay away if youre looking for work here bc they dont know what theyre doing.

This place was them most amazing service and food. I highly recommend this place. It's expensive but it's worth it.

Had an event at The Precinct a little over a week ago where we spent several thousand dollars. Called and left message with corporate asking for contact info of GM or other in charge to express how happy we were with the outcome. Didn't even have the courtesy to get back to me.
