I would not send my child to this daycare my child got her arm pulled out the socket called nurse maid elbow I reported them to 241 kids and pulled my child out immediately they strictly about money and could careless about the kids everyday I would pick my child up it was something from diaper rashes to her with mulch in her mouth. Words cant explain the way I felt.

Their staff is not well trained and quite rude. Their director runs her daycare business while calling it a non profit but they sure don't have a 5013c on file. They discriminate against children with special needs however the hoodlum kids are allowed to stay and assault teachers. Their center is dirty. They let the school aged children run around without any actual instruction. If you actually care what your children learn both curriculum wise and behavior wise then don't take them here. However, if you need a place to just dump your child, its perfect.

We were nervous all around regarding sending our twins to daycare after them being stay at home for almost two years. They worked with us and the boys to make a smooth transition. I love getting the updates and how technology savvy the place is. It makes paying tuition, check in and updates super easy. The tuition is affordable with a lot of amenities. I love that the entire staff works together. I love that they gave my boys hugs and reassurance every morning until they got use to daycare. In fact , the first day they walked into the building not crying, everyone high-five them all the way into their class.

DO NOT GO HERE.We started sending my daughter here a few months before our son was born because the daycare she was at, didn't accept infants so we had to move. We've had multiple problems since she started and many more once my son started going at 6 weeks old. There's been multiple occasions where the notes of her day aren't correct. (They use an app called KangarooTime to update parents throughout the day). There was one day she peed her pants so bad her SHOES were soaked. The notes said she successfully went potty all day. We were told they upload pictures of the kids daily, there have been periods of 2+ weeks with no pictures updated, despite me asking for them. The daily notes on the app look copy and pasted from day to day and didn't seem like they were specific to my child. She never comes home with any artwork. She also seems like she has regressed in speech and writing. My son has had many more issues than we've had with my daughter. They don't rinse out the bottles you bring in, but don't tell you that. So I discovered a few bottles with day old breast milk in them and they REEKED. They posted pictures of my son with another kids pacifier in his mouth! I'm a pretty laid back mom but I was fit to be tied. Swaddling also helps his colic but since we mentioned this, he is swaddled almost all day every day. It seems like he is always in a bouncer seat and rarely held or being played with. I realize he's the youngest in the room and it's hard to "play" with a 6 week old, but there is no excuse for him being in bouncer seat most of the day.The app is also pretty worthless. They use KangarooTime. If you send a message to the teachers or directors on there, they don't even bother to respond. There's an additional charge to pay the weekly daycare fee through the app, something no one mentioned beforehand. We can not get the kids out of this daycare fast enough. But you have to give a 2 week notice. Thankfully, our last day is Friday and I couldn't be happier. It's been a miserable experience.
