Our service has always been excellent with Ohio Valley Pure Water. Corbin is very professional and efficient. If theres ever an issue, they troubleshoot and fix immediately. Weve used them for over 16 years.

We are first time home-owners and it has been close to a year since we moved in, so we called Ohio Valley Pure Water to get a maintenance check up. Corbin came in to check the system and explained all parts of the system clearly and thoroughly. When he was inspecting the salt tank, he noticed that it was broken from the bottom. We didn't realize there was a problem with the tank, and the previous owner didn't let us know ahead of time. We weren't expecting it, but we got a new salt tank. Corbin was very helpful and thorough in explaining every part of the system and what we need to do in the future, as well as installing the new salt tank . Having a water softener has been very beneficial and we highly recommend Ohio Valley Pure Water to anyone interested in trying it out.
