Cord Camera

I placed an order for a lens on June 17th. Was quoted the wrong price 399.00, was called on the 20th and told of the error. Was told I would get the lens in 2 weeks. On June 25th I called to see the status, was told they would check and call me back. No one ever called. I called today, July 3rd, said they would check and call back. After 4 hours I called back and Andy had still not heard back from the Corporate office. He called back at 5 pm and said it would be still a week and a half. I am geting a refund but now have missed the rebate from Tamron lens and will have to order from another store, which guarantees 2 day delivery. I now have to drive to the store on Beechmont Ave to get my refund for the pre-order. It is not the store but the Corporate office that seems to be the problem. I will no longer do any business with them. In this day and age how does it take almost a month to get a Tamron lens in to a store, pathetic.

Walked in... looked around...stood at the counter...waited for *anyone* to at least greet me...nothing. The staff were too busy talking to even acknowledge me. Walked out. I'm so done with these local camera shops. In this economy, you'd think they'd care a little more about every person that walks through their door. Why waste my time and gas just to be ignored. Will never go back. Buying everything online from now on.
