Parkway 312 Elm Street Garage

It took 2.5 hours to leave here one night. The credit card machine stopped working and the garage is far too small which resulted in taking forever to clear out. NEVER PARK HERE. Worst parking experience of my life

THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!! WE ALONG WITH OTHERS ARE STUCK ON THE 9TH FLOOR. WE CALLED THE NUMBER BUT IT'S A PENNSYLVANIA NUMBER. THE GARAGE IS PACKED WITH NO HELP AT ALL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE

Parked here for the 2021 NFL season.. Very convenient to the stadium with great parking rates compared to other parking facilities in the area.. Clean garage and lobby, the parking staff was awesome, exiting after the game was timely but understandable do to being so close to the stadium.

Paid $35 to park for bengals game. Game ended At 4pm , we left the garage at 73 hours of breathing carbon monoxide with no ventilation. Absolutely ridiculous, they wouldnt let any cars to leave for 3 straight hours. I would love an explanation before I take this higher up

I give absolutely no stars what an awful terrible absolute insane experience for that garage Not only was it was horrible $35 but we didn't get out of the garage for almost 3 hours was just about three hours for a ball game that ended at 4 so I don't know what to say except for the fact that absolutely horrible I give it no ratings no stars absolutely terrible awful awful awful experience don't ever park in that garage does not only will the management lie to you but they will make up stories and say that they had it out faster when they didn't absolutely positively horrible....... I had to put the one-star cuz it wouldn't let me post it at all so I'll give that a negative Star by mouth don't park there
