Please do not put your loved one here. Had the worst care . Was in for rehabilitation first night mother fell. 3 days later fell again and now my mother is in hospice care. Food was always cold and looked horrible. Not able to understand a lot of the help as they did not speak English. Mothers room not clean seemed everyday help was sitting in the conference room and residents not being cared for. I feel so bad for the residents there.They put residents in wheelchairs and move them all to one area to watch them. Not enough staff. I even spoke to management and still no change. If I could rate this place zero stars I would.

Be wary of this facility. They are more concerned about your money than your loved one. Handing sick old people evection notice. Making them sine papers they dont understand. Not giving Medicare the information they need to be able to be covered. The patients dont even get evaluated so the insurance company has documentation that your loved one needs to be covered by Medicare. They evicted my dad who couldnt walk on his own after a long illness in the hospital. He was sent home with a catheter in and told get your doctor to take it out. Run away from them for your loved ones.

I have been a resident here at Forest Hills Healthcare Center since October 2022. On December 20, 2023 the staff hosted a Christmas Dinner that was superb. The decorations were magnificent. The food was exquisite. The staff did a marvelous job serving each table. Santa made his rounds bringing cheer. This was truly one of the memorable moments I will not forget. Awesome job to the staff!
